2012 DIXIE CHAPTER - FALL MEETING 2013

Details will follow in the upcoming Pan Handler
but it's important to note that ALL G&CICA members are welcome to attend, not just the Dixie members. If you can manage to attend Friday evening, there will be a dinner. The main activities will occupy Saturday morning and early afternoon.

HEARTLAND CHAPTER ANNUAL MEETING IN OCTOBER

The annual meeting of the Heartland Chapter will be held in Ozark, Missouri on Saturday, October 12. The meeting will begin with registration and coffee hour at 9:30 a.m. We will have Show and Tell, a Swap Meet and a Business Meeting.
Lunch Saturday will be catered Barbeque, costing about $12 to $15 a person.
The conference hotel will be the Comfort Inn, 1900 West Evangel, Ozark, MO. We have a special rate of $72.99 which includes a breakfast buffet and a hospitality room. Call 1-866-483-7675 for reservations. There is a $10 charge for pets.

For those who would like to get together Friday night, we will meet at 5:30p.m for dinner at Lamberts. Lamberts is located on the southeast corner of Highways 65 and 14. The Comfort Inn is on the southwest corner of this intersection.

NORTHEAST CHAPTER MEMBERS MEETS AUGUST 9-10

Friday August 9th Dinner at approximately 5:30 pm at the home of Jeff & Diane Nicholas 704 Main St, Palmyra Maine 04965. Socializing starts when you get here (but not before 3 pm unless you want to work)
Saturday August 10th Breakfast starts at 8:00 am; Introduction of guests & new members starts at 9:00 am followed by show & tell (Break to stretch to legs) Business Session and then Lunch @ approx 1:00 pm followed by Cast Iron Sales.
Accomodations are as follows:

(2). Lovelys Motel in Newport (4 miles from the house) 207-368-4311 Room Rate $69.00 All rooms are on same side of motel in the back.
All rooms have 2 queen beds. You must book before July 9th, 2013. After that date the room will be released to the public.
(3) Caanan Motel (approx. 13 miles from the house.) 207-474-3600 Room Rate $74.95. Must book before July 1st 2013.
